Pedram's career in real estate began in year 2000 after he got laid off from working for a Fortune 500 firm in downtown San Francisco. This is when he realized he could no longer rely upon corporate America to keep him employed. He has been involved in sales and management of multi-family properties of varying sizes mostly in Oakland, Berkeley, Walnut Creek and Concord.. He also practices what he preaches as he owns and manages several apartment properties in the cities of Oakland, Emeryville, Berkeley and Concord.

One thing that sets Pedram apart from the pack is his ability to focus not only on commercial property types, but also narrow down his concentration to apartments in Alameda & Contra Costa Counties . Pedram's ability to hone his skills with a special focus on multi-family assets in specific geographical areas has enabled him to serve his clients optimally by producing the highest possible valuation through maximum market exposure.
