Rafael Fermoselle provides multifamily owners and investors with the industry’s top investment real estate research, advisory and transaction services. Rafael assists his clients with charting out new, or fine-tuning existing investment strategies, analyzing potential investment opportunities and marketing their properties on a national and international scale. Rafael and his Team work hard to build and enhance value by leveraging strong attention to detail, accessing an active investor base and capitalizing on its vast market knowledge in ways that benefit every aspect of the transaction process. To date, he has closed over $150M in transactions across an array of product types both locally and nationally with individual and institutional investors.

Prior to Eleven Trust RE, Rafael was part of two National Large Firms where thrived in Multi-family housing throughout Miami-Dade County, with a concentration in the Little Havana submarket.

During his time with the national firms, Rafael sold over 800 units totaling over $150MM in Sales (2013- Present). Before Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, he had approximately three years of extensive financial underwriting for top multi-family brokers in Miami. Rafael graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance. While at Florida International University, he was one of the founding members of the Real Estate Student Association, where they regularly invited prominent figures of the community to speak to the students about Commercial Real Estate in Miami.

As an Alumni of Florida International University, Rafael was an active member (2009-2010) of the Real Estate Alumni and Affinity Council where he helps promote and educate the public about what is going on in the local commercial real estate market.
