Daniel
McGue

In the early 80’s, Dan took a position with TRI Commercial Brokerage in San Francisco, where he was the company’s Top Producer in 1985, 1989, 1990 and 1991. From 1992 to 1998, Dan owned and operated DKM Investments, Inc. Dan joined Pacific Union/GMAC in 1998 and was a company top producer every year thereafter. In 2000, 2004, 2006, 2007 and 2008, Dan placed first in the nation out of the company’s 22,000 agents. Although Dan left Pacific Union to join Paragon Real Estate Group in May of 2008, he was still both companies’ Top Producer for the year. In 2009, Dan led the City of San Francisco again, selling more apartment properties than any other broker. Over the last five years, through 2014 Dan McGue has averaged over $100 million in sales per year. In 2014, Dan sold and closed multi-family and commercial properties valued at over $175 million.
Dan has sold over 13,300 apartment/commercial units in buildings totaling over 9.9 million square feet. His total sales volume exceeds $2.3 billion.
Dan has demonstrated his ability to handle difficult real estate problems, such as selling every San Francisco property in the real estate portfolio of the Guenter Kausen Estate, at the time the largest probate sale in the history of California. Due to poor management and maintenance, the sale was expected to result in a loss, but Dan and his team successfully worked through the physical, legal and financial problems, resulting in a significant profit to the estate.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from UC Berkeley in Business Administration with emphases in Finance and Real Estate and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. Dan is an active member of the San Francisco Board of Realtors, the San Francisco Apartment House Group, San Francisco Apartment Association, the San Francisco Multi-Family Marketing Group (SFMFMG) and the Coalition for Better Housing.
