Josh D. Teplitzky is a First Vice President of Investments for Marcus and Millichap focused on the Tampa Bay area and Central Florida. He has underwritten over one billion dollars worth of multifamily communities throughout the entire state of Florida. Mr. Teplitzky prides himself in his ability to create competition and exposure for his clients’ assets resulting in the highest possible value upon disposition. Josh helped build and lead a team of 15 individuals which closed a total of $1.8 billion dollars in sales, representing 33,500 multifamily units and 257 transactions since inception. He holds an extensive track record of major multifamily property sales and serves as an advisor for multifamily throughout the Southeast.

The team consisting of 15 individuals, closed approximately $500 million in transaction volume in 2017 and ranked as the number one group within Marcus & Millichap's Southeast Division amongst all product types and specialty groups. The team led in part by Mr. Teplitzky was part of Marcus & Millichap’s (MMI) Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) division for Florida.
