I am the Broker and Owner of Rich Gold Realty, a full-service real estate brokerage. I am also a member of both the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors since 1998 which holds me to the highest standards regarding my clients. I hold a certification as a probate and trust sales specialist and have the experience and background in commercial, multifamily and residential sales and leasing transactions. This also includes IRS 1031 and IRS 1031 Reverse Exchanges for my investors, who purchase and sell income producing properties.
As a third generation San Franciscan I am very familiar with the city’s laws and ordinances regarding tenants and tenants’ rights, which helps guide my many investors in purchasing or selling properties in San Francisco. Being in the area all my life I consider myself as a property specialist especially in both San Francisco and San Mateo Counties. 
Prior to becoming a realtor in 1998 I was a sales manager for a San Francisco advertising agency, where I personally sold 110 restaurants advertising in 89 days! Ah, those were the days! That gave me the most important gift that I carry on to this day, marketing, negotiating and situational skills to benefit my clientele. I have always built my business on the strength of my client’s referrals. After all, in this business called Real Estate the only thing a real estate professional has is their reputation!
