Moore

Trent is the Managing Broker of Shamrock Real Estate Company. Prior to taking on this role in 2008, Trent spent several successful years selling investment properties with Marcus & Millichap. He specializes in the sale of Multi-Family Apartment Buildings, Net-Leased Investments, 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges, and Land Development. Trent handles a spectrum of client investment situations. These situations include working with clients looking to build up their portfolio, clients looking to get out of property management and increase cash flow via 1031 exchanges into corporate guaranteed net-leased investments, and clients looking to maximize proceeds and minimize capital gains from the sale of investment properties. Trent is an expert in the Rent Control Ordinances for San Francisco and Oakland. He has handled rent increases, rent board hearings, rent board appeal cases, and unlawful detainer actions. In addition, he is well versed in municipal property transactions, including the California statutory requirements, CEQA compliance, and Bond financing. In addition to brokerage services, Trent manages equity in multi-family, land, and development projects. These projects include unentitled land, new construction, seismic structural upgrades, expansion of existing structures, and extensive renovations to existing developments. Trent earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley in 1994 and his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco in 2001. Trent is active in coaching youth basketball and baseball for St. Brendan, San Francisco Youth Baseball League, and San Francisco Little League. He resides in San Francisco with his wife and two sons.
