Mr. Andrew has advised clients on office and investment properties since 1986, including a stint operating his own company prior to joining CBRE in 1997. He was a founding partner in CB Bakersfield Partners, Inc., CBRE's Bakersfield Affiliate, and is now a partner in Pacific Commercial Realty Advisors, an Alliance Member of Cushman & Wakefield. Along the way, he has achieved market-leading status and has brokered some of Bakersfield's most significant deals and is a perennial top 5 producer in the Bakersfield office.
Jeff is a member of Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), serves on the Cal State University Bakersfield Council of One Hundred Top Community Leaders, is a Direct of Mercy Hospital and the Friends of Mercy Foundation. He is also a past Chairman of Fundraising for the Girl Scouts Joshua Council, a Past Chairman of Fundraising Committee of the Kern High School District, and a Past Member of the Bakersfield Planning Commission.
Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Marketing from California State University Fresno.
