I joined Marcus & Millichap in January of 2004 as an apartment broker specializing in the City Heights and North Park sub-markets of San Diego. I have been directly involved with Buyers & Seller on over 200 Transactions throughout San Diego County. My primary focus is Multi-Family Apartments but over the years I have also represented multiple clients in the acquisition and disposition of Single Tenant Triple Net Properties throughout the country. Our group has worked hard to close the largest market share of apartment transactions in San Diego County. We help clients get a realistic sense of what their options are and help them facilitate their transactions to get closer to their goals.

My main objective is to remain focused on the client helping them achieve their investment goals and grow over time. By working with me, clients get the benefit of Marcus & Millichap's national platform which is the nation's largest commercial real estate investment firm while also getting the personal touch from the most active team of hands on brokers here in San Diego County.

My clients appreciate that I am not driven by individual transactions but rather a long term client/broker relationship helping both parties achieve wealth & success!
