Frank Dinari serves as a Senior Vice President at Sperry Commercial in Irvine, California and has more than 20 years of experience in transactional advisory in dispositions and acquisitions while specializing in multi-residential sales and single-tenant net leased investments. He is familiar with market rate and tax exempt bond finance executions, affordable housing, ground lease, senior housing, Section 8 and has worked on a wide variety of transactions. Some of his clients are local, regional, national individual owners, syndication and institutional entities. As a result of his vast experience, Frank consistently ranks among the top-level Sperry brokers and was recognized in 2016 as the highest producing associate in the Irvine office, winning Broker of the Year. Frank also ranked #4 nationally in 2017.
Prior to joining Sperry Commercial, Frank served as a Senior Investment Advisor with national commercial real estate firm Marcus & Millichap and a regional boutique real estate brokerage firm, Peninsula Investment Real Estate. In 2005, he was ranked among the top three producing agents in the firm. His transactions averaged between two and twenty million dollars with an aggregate value in excess of $300 million. Frank has further experience of 19 years in the hospitality management industry with a national hotel chain. As a strong negotiator, Frank organizes his client’s needs and effectively carries them out until the close of a transaction.
Frank always believes in working closely with owners and their management teams in order to position and strategize their marketing efforts to sell the property at its highest market value. He also believes in having a strong business plan that effectively carries out the client’s goals. Frank focuses on long-term planning, effective communication, and bridging the gap between all parties.
Frank received his degree in accounting from the University of Florida, Gainesville and his Associate degree at Santa Fe Community College.
